Pippy is the Saint of Light who was responsible for the creation of small gems that would provide light when an incantation is said. It is unknown if they were created for this purpose or simply brought along because of this use. So far she was only mentioned in the second Light Novel chapter three.

- In the official translation for the Rokka Light Novels by Jennifer Ward her name is romanized as Pipi. Both Pippy and Pipi are variations of the Greek name Pippi, the female equivalent to Philip. The name means "lover of horses".
- Pippy's name could come from the classic children's book series Pippi Longstocking.
